Make room for questions, uncertainty, and legitimate concerns. Leaders and colleagues try AI on their own work, receive expert feedback, and develop useful working methods together. Learning to judge the result is part of the practice.
Wenova Academy
We tailor AI training to your team's tasks, goals, and experience, whether they work in HR, finance, back-office functions, engineering, IT, operations, sales, marketing, or another area. The options below are starting points for a program we shape together.
Business opportunities, decision support, autonomy, and accountability. Use your own questions to examine potential value, data requirements, and evidence of success.
Audience insight, offers, brand-aligned content, outreach, and sales feedback. Practice the connected workflow and the checkpoints that make it usable.
Discovery, specification, implementation, testing, and review. Agentic development methods, isolated execution, quality gates, and traceable changes.
Practice built around your team's own tasks, shared templates, and evaluation criteria. Internal ownership and agreed follow-up help bring the skills into daily work.
Illustrative example
Illustrative example: a team uses AI to research the market for a new service. What makes the output useful for a decision?
Identify the buyer, the decision, and the questions to resolve. Define the source scope, freshness requirements, and acceptance criteria.
AI gathers and organizes information. The participant checks citations, calculations, and contradictions, keeping facts separate from assumptions.
Complete a new version of the task without coaching. Identify what the participant can now do independently and where further practice or expert review is needed.
The engagement
Roles, existing skills, concerns, and a task from daily work. Define what participants should be able to complete independently by the end of the program.
Participants supply context, delegate, evaluate, and revise. Recognizing incomplete or incorrect AI output is part of the exercise.
Task templates, evaluation criteria, internal owners, and agreed follow-up. The goal is a method the team can repeat independently.

A Wenova solution approach / Wenova Loop
AI-powered marketing and sales
Wenova Loop treats customer acquisition as a connected workflow: audience insight, content creation, outreach, and sales feedback. Our AI Sales & Marketing program teaches the approach and the workflows behind it.
Bring brand-aligned content, approval before publishing, and lead quality into one process. Feed sales experience back into planning so the next piece of content or campaign draws on what you have learned.
Your team practices AI collaboration using its own market and tasks. We design the supporting automation around your existing marketing and sales tools, approval process, and agreed measurement goals.
View the current workshop and programAfter tool familiarity comes the delivery workflow: specifications, context management, agent coordination, evaluation, and handover. We adjust the depth to existing skills and your engineering environment.
Agree the next step up front: independent practice, follow-up workshops, internal champions, or implementation of a specific workflow. A workshop and sustained organizational adoption are separate commitments.
Exercises reflect your own tasks. We agree data and tool access in advance and use anonymized or synthetic material where needed.
Three connected capabilities. Start with the one your business needs.
